Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service and Case Management Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and documenting all interactions accurately
  • Responding to escalated automotive-related product queries, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Collaborating with dealerships, third-party partners, and field support teams to address customer concerns
  • Utilizing standardized communication processes to enhance customer experiences and brand loyalty
  • Drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails promptly while maintaining professional communication standards
  • Fostering relationships with customers and promoting a culture of trust and satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
  • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry experience is preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  • A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving, while always maintaining a pleasant and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
