As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex Luxury Stores, fielding real-time calls from customers globally in a remote, call center environment. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their luxury purchases, and your expertise will be essential in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador for arenaflex Luxury Stores, providing world-class service to all customers
  • Fielding real-time calls from customers globally, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Replying to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions via phone, email, and online chat
  • Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating a sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the arenaflex Luxury Store's full range of products and services
  • Handling customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, making decisions in consideration of policies and procedures within the service level agreement
  • Ensuring clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices
  • Utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and other technical issues
  • Working with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity
  • Confidence in making decisions with late returns, faulty goods, and concessions if necessary
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate
  • The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
  • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with luxury fashion and beauty brands
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet browsers
  • Comfortable working with computers and smartphones
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new websites and apps
  • Experience working in a remote, call center environment
