Job Summary:
We're on the hunt for a sharp and reliable Virtual Assistant who's a pro in Excel and comfortable navigating Instagram and TikTok. This is a manual research + data entry task involving approximately 3,000 Instagram handles. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for extracting valuable data from these social media platforms and entering it into our master Excel sheet with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
As our Virtual Assistant – Social Media Research & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following tasks: ### Research and Data Extraction
- Search each Instagram handle and extract the following information:
+ Direct Instagram profile URL + Public email address (from bio or contact button) + Follower count + Number of posts
- Search for the same handle or brand on TikTok:
+ Add TikTok profile URL (if available) + Extract public email (if listed) + Follower count + Number of posts/videos ### Data Entry and Management
- Enter all findings into our master Excel sheet under the following fields:
+ Instagram Username + Instagram Profile URL + Instagram Email Address + Instagram Follower Count + Instagram Number of Posts + TikTok Profile URL (if available) + TikTok Email Address (if available) + TikTok Follower Count + TikTok Number of Posts ### Requirements:
Strong Excel Skills:
You'll be working with structured spreadsheets and ensuring 100% accuracy. Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with data analysis and management is a plus.
Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok:
You should be familiar with these social media platforms and comfortable navigating them for manual research.
Fluent in English:
You'll need to understand bios, email formats, and social content in English to perform this task accurately.
Attention to Detail:
This is an accuracy-driven task, and you'll need to be meticulous in your work to ensure 100% accuracy.
Efficient Time Management:
You'll need to manage your time effectively to complete this task within the estimated timeframe. ### Bonus Points:
Experience with Similar Social Media Research or Influencer Data Tasks:
If you have experience with similar tasks, you'll be at an advantage in this role.
Familiarity with Browser Plugins or Extensions:
Knowledge of browser plugins or extensions like Email Extractor is a plus, but you must still manually verify accuracy.
Understanding of Influencer Vetting or Brand Marketing Work:
If you have experience in influencer vetting or brand marketing, you'll be well-suited for this role.
