Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Data capture and correction, ensuring accuracy in all keying programs. - Meeting established production and quality standards. - Maintaining impeccable attendance, adhering to arenaflex policy. - Gaining in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement. - Identifying issues, reviewing procedures, and recommending and implementing modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing. - Handling company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines. - Being prepared for occasional overtime, as required. - Being available to work arenaflex Holidays and Saturdays. Essential Qualifications - High school diploma or G.E.D. - Excellent typing skills, with the ability to pass the 10-key test by keying 9,000 kph with limited errors. - Experience working with business solutions software. - Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet). Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Computer Science, etc.). - Previous experience in data entry or a related field. - Familiarity with arenaflex's clients and their business operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
