The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our on-site call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients in a respectful, courteous, and empathetic manner

  • Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
  • Maintain an above-average attendance record and adhere to established standard operating procedures
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, including veterans and medical staff
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one year of call center experience required
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous military experience encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
