Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Representatives: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connect with Customers: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly Resolve Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalate Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to Requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Track Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upsell: Upsell if required.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 18 Years of Age or Older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
- Typing 25 WPM: You must be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute.
- PC Operation and Navigation: You should be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Independent Work: You must be able to work independently.
- Excellent Communications Skills: You should have excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Composed and Objective: You should be able to stay composed and objective.
- Strong Listening Skills: You must have strong listening skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
- High-Speed Internet: High-speed internet is required, and proof of internet speed is necessary.
