Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing loans, handling cash transactions, and making collection calls. You will work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide superior customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process loans, including reviewing loan applications, verifying customer information, and disbursing funds.
  • Handle cash transactions, including cashing checks, processing payments, and managing cash drawers.
  • Make collection calls to customers, communicating with them to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer information, loan details, and transaction history.

Requirements

* Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Basic computer and data entry experience
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the title loan industry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
