Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a sales team that's passionate about selling merchandise and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team members to ensure that our front-end operations, store standards, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
Greeting and acknowledging every customer
with our "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term customer loyalty
Resolving customer service issues
, including answering questions, assisting with transactions, and communicating customer requests to Team Leaders when necessary
- Ensuring that all product at the front end is merchandised per our visual merchandise standards

Maintaining the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building
to ensure a positive customer experience
Developing, evaluating, and supervising front-end Associates
to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service
Completing additional responsibilities and duties
as assigned by management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum of one to two years' retail experience
in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
on a regular basis
Positive attitude
and the ability to interact well with others
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll need to be able to:
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
