Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
  • Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick pace and a positive attitude
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a similar retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on safety and attention to detail
