Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Thomasville. As a key member of our office support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, entering orders, tracking orders, and assisting with catalog requests. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Enter orders, track orders, and assist with catalog requests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, order details, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Shopify Plus or other e-commerce platforms

  • Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
  • Familiarity with contract roles and negotiations
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems
