Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and effectively presenting products and promotions
- Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics in customer service
- Efficiently multitask and navigate through multiple systems during each interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and informed responses
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 3 interactions
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 85% or higher
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 20 or higher
Requirements
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Location: Remote work online from the United States
