Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry and Computer Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing data, and providing administrative support to our organization. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry and Computer Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files in both physical and digital formats
  • Verifying data and ensuring the accuracy of our database
  • Processing data entry and management tasks, including inputting customer information, financial data, inventory details, and other relevant information
  • Documenting and organizing records, files, and documents, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other important paperwork
  • Assisting in the implementation and execution of various operational processes, including coordinating with other departments and gathering information
  • Preparing reports, charts, and graphs based on collected and organized data
  • Handling internal and external communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients, vendors, or other team members
  • Monitoring and updating inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and coordinating with relevant teams for replenishment
  • Conducting quality checks on data and reports to ensure accuracy and identifying and rectifying errors if found
  • Assisting with customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing general administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

Essential Qualifications
