Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers and patients, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales, collect cash, and distribute change as requested, while maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Asset Protection and Compliance: Implement asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Visual Merchandising: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super structures.
- Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Web Pick-up and Maintenance: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Special Assignments: Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, patients, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous Customer Service Experience: Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of Store Systems and Equipment: Familiarity with store systems and equipment.
- Training and Development: Willingness to attend training and complete PPLs requested by management or assigned by corporate.
