Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with booking flights, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of their travel needs
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex products and services, including fare rules, travel policies, and loyalty program benefits
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
