Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our L&D team in Alphaville. This role will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing effective learning reports for our top-performing call center sellers and leaders. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Latham crew and global CS learning and development team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop effective learning reports to improve call center performance
• Collaborate with the Latham crew and global CS learning and development team to drive business growth
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, mathematics, statistics)

• Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
• Familiarity with data management software and systems
• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
