Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Database Analyst to join our team. As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support our business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize database requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations, including data modeling, database schema development, and data migration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database requirements, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
• Develop and implement SQL database queries, stored procedures, and functions to support business needs
• Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval
• Develop and maintain database documentation, including data dictionaries, schema diagrams, and technical documentation
• Participate in database backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize database requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in database administration, development, or analysis
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
• Experience with database design, development, and implementation, including data modeling and schema development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based database platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with database automation and scripting, including PowerShell and SQL Server Agent
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
