Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. You will assist passengers with booking, reservations, and changes to their travel plans, provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures, and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Experience working in a 24/7 shift environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
