Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions. Your primary duties will include:

• Managing live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
• Utilizing resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Identifying and escalating any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Providing feedback to management on common customer issues and suggesting improvements to processes
