Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person communication, providing timely resolutions and enhancing the customer's experience with our health insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with their questions regarding policies, claims, and services while resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry, document management, and appointment scheduling, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve service delivery, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach, ensuring you can effectively engage with our clients and provide timely resolutions.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relation management (CRM) software, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
