Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Moderator & YouTube Content Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas: ### Chat Moderation - Enforce channel rules, remove spam or trolling, welcome and guide new viewers to create a friendly and respectful atmosphere. - Keep the chat environment inclusive and engaging, ensuring that all community members feel welcome and valued. - Collaborate with the creator to develop and implement effective chat moderation strategies. ### YouTube Content Management - Edit highlight clips and upload 2–4 videos per week, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery. - Craft engaging titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for search, increasing video visibility and reach. - Design simple, eye-catching thumbnails that capture the audience's attention and encourage clicks. - Maintain an upload schedule in Google Calendar or similar, ensuring seamless content management and organization. ### Community Engagement - Monitor and respond to comments within 24 hours, fostering positive conversations and encouraging subscriber growth. - Help create a sense of community by engaging with viewers, responding to comments, and encouraging user-generated content. - Collaborate with the creator to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive environment.
