Job Summary

As a Live Chat Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. You will be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with our customers to resolve their issues and provide a positive experience.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 5+ hours availability per week; flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
