Key Responsibilities

As a Client Service Expert in our 3PX team, you will be responsible for:

• Learning and applying the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed expert in client service
• Analyzing client service data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the client experience
• Responding to client inquiries and requests in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
• Providing business insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
• Identifying opportunities for automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication to improve operational performance

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering)
• 4+ years of direct client support experience, with a proven track record of identifying and documenting patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly absorb complex ideas and apply them to drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Strong business acumen and judgment, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive results

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experience would be highly valued:

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
• Experience working with data and analytics to drive business insights and recommendations
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains through automation and effective estimation
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes
