Job Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us build a lasting digital connection with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a strong online presence and drive brand awareness
- Planning and monitoring our ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
- Collaborating with our design team to improve user experience and develop creative content marketing strategies
- Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails, and organizing their distribution through various channels
- Providing insights and recommendations on online marketing trends and best practices
- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Analyzing performance data using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and WebTrends, to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with email marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
