- Member Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with their healthcare needs, providing clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details. - Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Documentation: Document interactions and follow up on issues as needed, ensuring that all member concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. - Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information and make informed decisions. - Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare privacy regulations, upholding the trust and integrity of our organization. - Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain up-to-date on the latest products and services.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting. We're looking for individuals who have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. - Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Technical Requirements: Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work.
