Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly, providing accurate and courteous responses to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, escalating complex issues to senior support when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, adhering to arenaflex's standards and policies
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior support, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes, share knowledge, and best practices
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies, ensuring that you are equipped to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance metrics and targets
  • Meet performance metrics and targets, consistently delivering high-quality customer service and support

  • Flexible working hours, with shifts available between 8 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Sunday

Requirements

* Located in the United States

  • High-speed internet connection, with a reliable and stable internet service

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate arenaflex's systems and tools
