Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing food mart that's well-stocked with quality food and beverage options
- Representing arenaflex in a professional manner at all times, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Performing the Four Steps of Customer Service to ensure total customer satisfaction and excellent Mystery Shop reviews
- Offering current promotional items and credit card applications to customers
- Stocking and maintaining displays and coolers to ensure they're visually appealing to customers
- Ensuring all prices are displayed correctly for each product
- Maintaining the food and beverage area, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking as needed
- Accurately conducting cash, debit, and credit transactions on the cash register (POS)
- Performing simple math calculations and following company policies and procedures for cash handling
- Maintaining the outdoor equipment, removing and disposing of trash and debris, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning station restrooms
- Following shift duties schedule and performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems
- Some customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, multi-tasking, and sound decision-making abilities
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work any shift, Sunday to Saturday, to support arenaflex's business needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, and legs

- Excellent customer service skills, including verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient hand/eye dexterity to operate cash register (POS) and stock displays and coolers
- Ability to communicate well enough to receive instructions and provide information to others
