The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – WFM United Airlines Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to United Airlines customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of United Airlines products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with United Airlines or other major airlines

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
