Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. You'll be responsible for reviewing and removing nonessential data, searching for additional information, and methodically reviewing completed work to ensure accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities
* Review and remove nonessential data from various sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Search for additional information to complete documents and ensure accuracy
- Methodically review completed work to check for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
- File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Investigate reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns
- Sift through websites for information to support data entry and research efforts
- Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure accountability and transparency
Requirements
* Mobile/Desktop/Laptop is mandatory for this role
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
Qualifications
* 10th/12th, diploma, graduate, or equivalent
- Any graduation/diploma/qualification can join
- Minimum experience: 0 years
- Good knowledge of computers or basic knowledge of computer
- Basic typing speed
