Job Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining and updating database information, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, generating reports as needed, and assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities

- Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter data into the system accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and complete. - Database Maintenance: Maintain and update database information, ensuring that all data is accurate and consistent. - Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. - Reporting: Generate reports as needed, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions. - Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures. - Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access. - Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Certifications: Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) certification preferred.
