Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing world-class support to our customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). You'll troubleshoot product issues, offer effective solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and feedback, assist in educating customers about arenaflex products, services, and sustainability initiatives, and document customer interactions and feedback to help improve arenaflex's service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide world-class support to arenaflex customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)

Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
