Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. This remote opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans, flight information, and other inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
