Job Summary

As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and helping to generate leads that drive revenue. Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you can provide expert information to customers via online chat. - Appointment Scheduling: Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the support they need. - Lead Generation: Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to drive revenue and grow their businesses. - Interaction Summaries: Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients to improve their customer service. - Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest developments.

Qualifications

- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. - Basic Computer Skills: Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. - Positive Demeanor: A positive and professional demeanor is essential for success in this role, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Adaptability: The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is crucial for this position.

Training and Requirements

- On-the-Job Training: On-the-job training via Zoom will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. - Computer Requirements: You'll need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. - Quiet Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is required, as this is a remote position. - Training Schedule: You'll be required to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT. - Typing Speed: You'll need to be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
