Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through phone and email interactions. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Proficiency in using various software tools, including CRM systems and email management tools
