Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
  • Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and driving sales growth

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather
