Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Interfacing with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support
- Achieving specific support and resolution on every call
- Using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
- Live within 25-30-mile radius of our Arnold, MO site
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of client products and/or services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
