Position Overview
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in organizing, managing, and maintaining our company's data records. Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry and Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data and records into our company's database, ensuring seamless data management and efficient operations.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Sort, compile, and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies before submission.
- Data Security and Confidentiality: Perform regular backups of relevant data to ensure data security and maintain data confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Respond to data inquiries from team members promptly and effectively, working collaboratively with team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
- Process Improvement: Stay updated with the company's products, policies, and procedures, contributing to the improvement of data entry processes and systems.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience and Education: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a high school diploma/GED required and an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software, with a strong understanding of data confidentiality and protection regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Beauty Industry Knowledge: Passion for beauty and knowledge of cosmetic industry trends a plus, but not required.
