Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our nationwide logistics and documentation processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Validation: Input and update shipment records, invoices, and logistics data with high accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and consistent.
  • Data Quality Control: Validate existing data and monitor for inconsistencies or missing information, working closely with internal departments and remote teams to verify data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Digital Record Management: Maintain digital records and support archiving efforts, ensuring that all data is secure and easily accessible.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Follow arenaflex compliance and documentation standards, ensuring that all data entry and documentation processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with internal departments and remote teams to ensure seamless data exchange and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous Data Entry Experience: Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Strong typing speed (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail, with comfort using web-based systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation.
  • Residency and Workspace Requirements: Must reside in or near Los Angeles, CA, with a quiet home workspace that meets arenaflex's technical requirements.
