Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating to senior team members when required
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

What You'll Need

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll require:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on phone calls
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach
