Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Systems Analyst to join our Apopka, FL team. As a key member of our customer service organization, you will be responsible for executing tasks and projects that support the objectives and needs of our customer service teams. This includes configuring, installing, and providing support for a variety of applications, systems, and users in a fast-paced environment. You will proactively monitor, manage, and communicate intraday and historical contact center performance and provide recommendations that support team obligations and organizational growth and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks and projects:
- Maintenance and administration work for systems such as:
+ Workforce Management (Scheduling and forecasting) + Quality Assurance + CRM platforms (Including Salesforce) + Telecom systems (Such as Nice InContact) + Etc.
- Document control and record keeping
- Assist with training and onboarding
- Other tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 3+ Years of contact center experience is preferred
- 3+ Years of IT or Technical Support related experience
- Efficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Advanced Microsoft Excel User
- Excellent time management
- Self-motivated and ambitious

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Annual salary range of $61,200 - $113,600
- Annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives
