Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Digital Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support solutions. As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative products that enhance the customer experience. Your expertise in digital product management, conversational AI, and live chat support will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of conversational AI and live chat support solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative products

  • Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, engineers, and business partners to shape the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear understanding of product features and functionalities
  • Work with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design and implement A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics to measure product performance and inform future development
  • Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including feature prioritization, release planning, and resource allocation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product teams, engineering teams, and business partners

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of innovative products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI, live chat support, and digital product development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with conversational AI platforms, including Dialogflow and Amazon Lex

  • Experience with live chat support platforms, including Zendesk and Freshdesk
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS and Azure
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection principles
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
