About the Role

As a Part-Time Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist for arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering one of the key processes necessary to create a database or report for our clients. This dynamic role requires expertise in written and spoken English, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting processes that lead to creating a database according to the client’s requirements, including selecting and validating data, and products, checking their correctness in internal applications that do not require programming skills;
• Working as part of a multinational team and liaising with other European arenaflex Offices;
• Daily collaboration in a virtual environment;
• Building knowledge and understanding of FMCG categories and markets in different geographies;
• Providing Customers with outstanding service – replying to inquiries, implementing change requests, and solving issues;
• Striving for constant improvement by suggesting process changes and ensuring key performance metrics are met – on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A good level of both written and spoken English (B1);
• Computer literacy (especially MS Excel);
• Being a team player with well-developed communication skills;
• An eye for detail and paying attention to quality;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to adapt easily to changes.
