What You'll Do
As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Directly communicating with veterinary facilities to process prescription orders, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
- Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine proper solutions for clients and partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
- Accurately entering prescription data into arenaflex's healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Providing exceptional customer service, working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, with a culture of open feedback, constructive criticism, and a commitment to development
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, requiring attention to detail
- Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to involve outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
- Strong decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
- Ability to pass a background check
