Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing policy information to determine if the risk meets arenaflex's underwriting guidelines and processes
- Serving as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy-related inquiries
- Providing superior customer service and offering solutions and/or options within arenaflex's guidelines
- Periodically attending office-based training or meetings as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Participating in quality assurance initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Call center and/or insurance-related experience preferred
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills
- Pleasant telephone demeanor and multitasking skills
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
- Ability to successfully complete all required new hire training as per Departmental guidelines

Work Environment and Company Culture

The work schedule will be Monday – Saturday during our hours of operation, with required rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Training will last 6 weeks, Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST.
