Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Interacting with customers daily, building rapport, and understanding their needs
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
• Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer service, store appearance, and employee conduct

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A strong desire to provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to advance in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record and a desire to continue learning
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekends

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
