Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in process, and assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in
- Ensuring accurate travel documentation and making gate announcements
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly
Scheduling and Work Environment
Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with varying flight schedules. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Our airport operations team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
