Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, driving engagement and conversion through targeted online campaigns
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness
• Collaborating with designers to improve user experience and develop visually appealing content
• Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends
• Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date to ensure maximum ROI
• Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to drive business growth and success
• Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website to ensure a seamless user experience
• Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails, and organizing their distribution through various channels
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies

Job Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends
• Skills and experience in creative content writing, with a focus on engaging and persuasive copy
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM

• Proven track record of success in driving engagement and conversion through targeted online campaigns
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools and their application in measuring campaign performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
