Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
- Optimally listening to customers, quickly identifying and owning customer issues, and actively searching for solutions to problems
- Making quality decisions, paying attention to detail, and interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
- Consistently selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
- Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
- Participating in future opportunities to advance to specialty teams that respond to customer concerns or resolve complex international ticketing issues
- Assisting customers via Twitter, Facebook, or other emerging social media platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Starting pay of $18.90 per hour, with regular pay increases up to $35.26 per hour
