Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will work in a designated retail location, where you will be the face of arenaflex, connecting personally with our customers and uplifting their lives. Our associates go beyond assisting with customer orders; they are the ambassadors of our brand, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are properly processed and stored
Physical Demands and Requirements
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

- Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, freestanding location, partner retailer, or warehouse lobby
- Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages
- Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments
- Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those in a grocery store
- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units

Requirements
* Candidates must be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
