Job Description

We're seeking an Experienced Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. You'll also provide exceptional customer service, support store teams, and contribute to the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty

  • Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations
  • Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance store security and customer safety
  • Greet customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establish a positive rapport with store teams and Loss Prevention
  • Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
  • Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure environment
  • Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including documentation of required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management or Loss Prevention

Who We're Looking For:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, store teams, and Loss Prevention

  • Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and perform well independently
  • Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment
  • 0-2 years retail or security experience, with a passion for customer service and Loss Prevention
