Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working three 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving order-related issues with empathy, and shaping the support experience of a cutting-edge company. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other channels, providing timely and accurate support to our customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Coordinate customer order placement, working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution.
- Help shape the support experience of a pioneering company, providing feedback and suggestions to improve our services.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Requirements
We're looking for a talented individual with the following qualifications and skills:
- 1-2 years of customer support or service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple channels.
- Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus, but not required.
